Children's statues outside the Children's Room of Nichols Library. Sculpted by Dennis Smith of Highland, Utah in 1988 and donated by the Wood family of Naperville these statues reflect their motto, ' Open Book Opens Minds.' Relaxed yet eager to learn, these life like children remind us of the joy of reading.
