Any two of the following forms of current identification shall constitute satisfactory documentation of residency for purposes of obtaining a library borrower's card. (The address must be a residential address, not a P.O. Box or mail pickup box.) Additional documents, not listed here, may be acceptable upon review by Library staff.

1. Bank statement (within 90 days)
2. Cancelled check (within 90 days)
3. Savings account passbook
4. Checking account
5. City directory verification
6. Illinois drivers license or identification card.
7. Illinois drivers license/identification card renewal notice
8. Illinois drivers license receipt (valid with signature)
9. Illinois instruction permit (valid with signature)
10. Current vehicle registration
11. Mortgage/personal loan documents (not application)
12. Rent receipt (within 60 days)
13. Utility bill (within 60 days)
