Title: Twilight Author: Meyer, Stephenie Summary: It was the best vampire book I ever read and I found myself crying for the next one when I finished it. It is a great book and I cannot wait for the movie. | Title: Fahrenheit 451 Author: Bradbury, Ray Summary: A popular classic that really makes readers think about their impact on the world and how they are significant. This book will continue to leave readers pensive for a very, very, very, long time.
Title: Wolf Brother Author: Paver, Michelle Summary: Wolf Brother is the first book in the Chronicles of Ancient Darkness, a 6 book series. The series is about Torak, a boy who lived 60,000 years ago in a forest. After his beloved “Fa” dies, Torak must set off for the mountain on the World Spirit, along with his guide. With many dangers along the way and a demon bear on the attack, Torak will need more tan a little luck to achieve his nearly impossible goal. | Title: Beating Heart Author: Jenkins, A Summary: This is a ghost story, but not your typical one. With the boy’s thoughts in normal, the ghost in the poem, it is an interesting story of a female spirit moving on.
Title: Kiss the Girls Author: Patterson, James Summary: This is an excellent murder mystery that leaves you hanging till the end. This book is cleverly written with a twisting, suspenseful plot. For those who like murder mysteries that leave you wanting more, even after the book is done, this is for you. | Title: TTYL Author: Myracle, Lauren Summary: The book is easy to read since it uses the format of instant messages. The three best friends troubles are entertaining and made me laugh
Title: Skulduggery Pleasant Author: Landy, Derek Summary: This adventure-packed witty, and fun novel is sure one that you won’t be able to put down! Enter a magical battle with Skuldugger Pleasant, a sharp, fire-throwing skeleton. When Stephanie meets him after gaining a fortune, she discovers new friends, an adventure, and the amazing world of her mentor protector Skulduggery Pleasant! | Title: Marley and Me Author: Grogan, John Summary: This story shows how unconditional love and loyalty takes on the form of a wildly out-of-control, energetic, expelled from obedience school Golden Lab puppy. Touching yet hilarious all the way, readers will find themselves emotionally moved as they read the journey of a puppy, its hapless owners, and the priceless moments they share.
Title: Trickster’s Queen Author: Pierce, Tamora Summary: I really liked this book as it revolved around a corrupt court and a secret operation to overthrow it. Because of the conspiracy, it was filled with intrigue, adventure, and very interesting plot twists. Yest, there was also romance. I like this book because it had a little of everything. | Title: The Blue Girl Author: De Lint, Charles Summary: This is a fantasy novel which I usually wouldn't pick up to read, but I was pleasantly surprised. The friendship between Imogene and Maxine, the two main characters is incredible, and the storyline keeps the readers in suspense.
