The Help Desk Assistant understands and follows the mission and values of NPL. Provides customer service and technology assistance to Library users. Perform functions to support technology needs for staff and users. Configures, installs, maintains, and operates hardware and software, including mobile devices in a network environment. Collaborates with other staff as needed and assists in creating a positive environment.
