Holiday enthusiasts can learn how to design a three-dimensional snowflake or snowman using 123-D, 3-D software and Tinkercad. Creations can be printed with the library's 3-D printer.

Families with children in 5th grade and even babies can sign up starting Monday, Dec. 1. Children will earn prizes and coupons for reading together as a family and doing other family-fun activities. All participants will be entered into drawings to win Chicago Wolves Hockey tickets and a grand prize.

These groups are designed to give English-as-a-Second-Language students a chance to practice their skills in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
