Hidden 'Harry Potter'

This presentation will uncover themes of kindness and heroism with inspiring messages for Muggles of all ages. This program is for ages 10 and older.

YAY FOR YA! An Online Goodreads Book Club

"Recurring, ongoing program. Lovers of YA literature can sign up for the library's online Goodreads book club. Each month, a new book will be selected, and readers can discuss it online through the participant's Goodreads account.
Request to join the group "Yay for YA!: An Online Book Club" on Goodreads or email teen librarian Alison Colman at acolman@naperville-lib.org.

New books will be posted at the beginning of each month, and participants will have the entire month to read it and discuss."

Baby Play Date (NBL)

Babies learn through play! Adults and infants can enjoy stories, songs and bounces, followed by 10 minutes of exploratory play with their new friends. For infants through 23-month-olds and their caregivers.

Family Storytime (95th)

This 30-minute program of stories, songs and other activities is for children of all ages. In addition, staff members will present strategies to enhance early learning opportunities at home. At least one parent or adult caregiver is required to accompany children to these fun-filled programs.

Olympic Movie Triathlon (NBL)

Quidditch Tournament

Monday, August 01, 2016 at 2:00 PM -- Nichols Library
For Teens in 6th through 12th grades. Witches, wizards and muggles alike are invited to grab a broom and play a few magical rounds of Quidditch! The tournament will take place at Wil-O-Way Park (with the baseball and soccer fields) located at 1408 W. Jefferson Ave. Teen participants should bring their own broom! Signed permission slips are required and will be available at the library. This event is limited to 28 teen participants. *Program requires advanced registration and a signed permission slip.
