Small Business: An Insider's View of Management (95th)

Local business adviser Brett Keenan will address a cross-section of management techniques covering key dimensions of foundational success for a small business. Three of the key areas of discussion will be budgeting, human resources management and legal issues. An open question-and-answer session that may lead to other interesting topics also will take place.

Robolympics (NBL)

Learn about the latest and greatest in technology! Children will gain hands-on experience while learning about robotics and other cool tech tools. Participants will have fun while completing different challenges. For children in 3rd through 5th grades. *Program requires advanced registration and is limited to 22 participants. 

3-D Print With Me

Child and parent/adult pairs will learn how to design a three-dimensional object using 3-D software as well as the process of printing it using the library's 3-D printer. *Program requires advanced registration with a fee and is limited to 12 child/parent pairs. 

The computer and technology classes have a non-refundable, non-transferable attendance fee for each class that must be paid at the time of registration. Registrations for these classes are taken at the computer lab desks.

The fee for these classes is:

Naperville Public Library card holders: $10

Non-Naperville Public Library card holders: $20

Participants can transfer to another class with one week's advance notice. If individuals cannot attend a class for any reason, they should inform the computer lab staff so the spot may be available to an individual on the waiting list.

Family Storytime (95th)

This 30-minute program of stories, songs and other activities is for children of all ages. In addition, staff members will present strategies to enhance early learning opportunities at home. At least one parent or adult caregiver is required to accompany children to these fun-filled programs.

Funniest Sports Movies (95th)

Celebrate the start of Naperville Public Library's Summer Reading Program, Read for the Win with Steven Frenzel from Marquee Movie Presentations as audience members can watch clips of hilarious sports movies and laugh at great movie scenes involving basketball, golf, hockey, baseball and more sports.

Reader's Night Out
