C2 Study Skills And Note-Taking Seminar (NIC)

Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 7:00 PM -- Nichols Library

The seminar will address common pitfalls of students with focus on studying and note taking effectively and efficiently. Students will be able to identify their own areas of strengths and weaknesses, understand their personal learning style and learn tips and strategies for long-term information retention. Students also will gain skills in creating study plans, choosing study groups and learning to test with confidence. This program is presented in partnership with C2 Education. *Program requires advanced registration.

Practice Tests In Your Pajamas (95th)

Students can take practice ACT and SAT tests from the comfort of their own home using their Naperville Public Library card. The library offers two different resources with access to practice tests, test takers can learn how to take these exams?--even while in their pajamas. *Program requires advanced registration.
