You are invited to discuss books you have read recently, are currently reading or even your old-time favorites. This is your chance to talk about books you are dying to share! You are also welcome just to listen and get great book recommendations. Of course, pizza will be provided to fuel the conversation!
Teen Reality Fair (95th)

The Reality Fair is presented by volunteers from the Credit Union League of Illinois. Teens will learn basic financial literacy and money management skills, such as opening a banking account, interviewing for a job, receiving paychecks, buying necessities, etc. The Fair kicks off with a pizza lunch for participants.

ACT® Kaplan™ Practice Tests (NIC)
Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 10:00 AM -- Nichols LibraryA practice test is crucial to ward off those test day jitters and can let you know how you'll score on the "real thing." Kaplan will provide proctored tests to give you an idea of the real exam. Give yourself every opportunity for scoring success and for attending the college/university of your choice by enrolling in this program today. Please bring #2 pencils, an approved calculator and a healthy snack. The exams begin promptly at the scheduled time and no one will be admitted once the exam has started. For teens in grades 9 -12.

Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 2:00 PM -- Nichols LibraryMake your own unique t-shirt with spray paint! You will create a design and then spray paint your shirt for an awesome graffiti effect. Please bring a prewashed t-shirt (white works best) with you and wear clothes that you are okay getting paint on.
