3-D Scanning And Printing (NSL)

Teens can learn how to turn objects into 3-D models using the library's new 3-D scanner and printer during this program.

ATTENTION! Students entering 1st through 5th grades, do you want to spend time reading aloud with an older student? This non-tutoring program is intended to provide children with an opportunity to spend time reading aloud with a student volunteer. Come to the library at one of the times listed below. Children will be paired with a volunteer entering 6th through 12th grades and will spend the one-hour session taking turns reading aloud. Depending on attendance, a child may be placed in a group.

Monthly Teen Book Giveaway (NSL)

Love reading and reviewing books? Teens can stop by the upper level Adult Services desk on the last Wednesday of each month to grab a soon-to-be-released and popular young adult book. Participants can take the book home, add it to their collection and write a review for each book. The library will publish reviewers?' comments on its website.

How to Draw Zombies (NBL)

Friday, June 27, 2014 at 6:00 PM -- Naper Boulevard Library
Cartoonist Paul Merklein, who draws famous zombies for comic books, TV and movies, will show attendees how to draw the undead. This program is partially funded by a grant from the City of Naperville.
