Visit the library each month to watch anime, talk about different aspects of Japanese pop culture and meet other otaku!

Pizza & Books: Teen Book Club (NIC)

Monday, December 12, 2016 at 6:00 PM -- Nichols Library
Teen readers can discuss books they have recently read, are currently reading or even old-time favorites. Teens will also share book recommendations and talk about books they love to hate. Pizza will be provided to fuel the conversation.

The library has reserved space for teens in high school to study for finals. Tables for group study, free Wi-Fi access, reference help and snacks will be available. 
Therapy dogs also will be available for students to visit from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 20 at Nichols Library.

Hot Cocoa Ornaments Craft (NBL)

Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 4:30 PM -- Naper Blvd. Library
The weather outside is frightful, but keep warm by creating homemade ornaments filled with hot cocoa mix. Teens can customize ornaments filled with their own tasty creations. Give them as gifts or hang them around the house. *Program requires advanced registration and is limited to 20 teens in 6th through 12th grades.
