Naperville Public Library will partner with Naperville Area Humane Society to collect pet food and supplies from November 1–8 to support pets awaiting adoption during the winter season.
Community members can drop off donations in the collection bin in the lobby of all three Naperville Public Library locations—Naper Blvd. Library, 2035 S. Naper Blvd.; Nichols Library, 200 W. Jefferson Ave.; and 95th Street Library, 3015 Cedar Glade Dr.
The Naperville Area Humane Society is in need of the following supplies: Premium can dog/puppy/cat/kitten food, premium dry dog/puppy/cat/kitten food, KMR (Kitten Milk Replacer, powder or liquid), clay and clumping cat litter, soft dog treats, large rawhides (made in USA only), dog and cat toys, liquid laundry soap, 55-gallon trash bags, first-class postage stamps, postcard postage stamps, large bath towels, dryer sheets, bleach, paper towels, six-inch paper plates, hand sanitizer, blankets and sheets.
