Library Offers Programs to promote Healthy Lifestyles for Children and Adults
Naperville Public Library continues its community-wide initiative in November with programs that encourage both adults and children alike to live a healthy lifestyle.
The Library will offer “Mind & Meditation” from 7–8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5 at Nichols Library, 200 W. Jefferson Ave. Presented in partnership with The Art of Living, this program will focus on The Art of Meditation, a powerful yet effortless technique that allows the conscious mind to experience the silent depths of its own nature. Attendees will learn how to feel infused with energy, clarity, creativity and possibly inner peace. For more information, contact Anne Bultman at 630-961-4100, ext. 6106 or email email@example.com.
