Need space for a community or club meeting? Need to hold a seminar for your school or civic organization? Look no further than the library. The Library's meeting rooms are available to rent at very reasonable costs and make the perfect accommodation for the educational, informational, cultural, and civic functions of the Naperville community.

The meeting rooms are available to rent in 3.5 hour blocks of time between the hours of 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM on Saturday, and Sunday from 1:00PM - 4:30PM. Meeting Room Policy.

Meeting rooms are available by advance reservation and for a nominal fee. Staff is happy to show the rooms prior to booking them. To learn more about these rooms, please see the application form, or call the Finance Department at 630-961-4100, ext.2220.

The rooms available for public booking are below.  The maximum capacities are listed but the actual amount may vary depending on the setup requested. 

95th Street Library

Meeting Room A alone has a maximum capacity of 100 people.
Meeting Room B alone has a maximum capacity of 80 people.
Meeting Room A & B has a maximum capacity of 165 - 200 people.

Nomura Room has a maximum capacity of 50 people.

Room capacities vary depending on specific set up requirements. Rooms A and B are connected to kitchenettes. A piano is also available.

Nichols Library

The room capacity ranges from 150 - 165 depending on the desired setup of the room.
