Naperville Public Library to offer Programs on Women’s Health and Coping with Stress
Naperville Public Library continues its community-wide initiative Healthy, Wealthy and Wise with programs covering hormone-related health issues and the problems that stem from worrying at the 95th Street Library, 3015 Cedar Glade Dr.
The Library will offer “Balancing Hormones Naturally: A Holistic Approach to Women’s Hormone-Related Health Concerns” from 7–8 p.m. on Thursday, October 10. Presented in partnership with Lifetime Health and Wellness, the program will educate attendees about natural alternatives for problems related to hormone imbalances and menopause.
Presented in partnership with Edward Hospital, “Stop Worrying about Worries” will be held from 6:30–7:30 p.m. on Monday, October 14. The program will discuss the physical and mental impact of stress, worry and anxiety on one’s health. Tips about eliminating the harmful effects of stress will also be shared.
