Naperville Public Library to Provide Classes to Keep Patrons Financially Fit

Naperville Public Library will offer several financially focused programs at Nichols Library, 200 W. Jefferson Ave. in September as part of its Healthy, Wealthy and Wise community-wide initiative.

The Library will offer a “Legal Checkup Seminar” on Tuesday, September 17 from 7-8:45 p.m. Featuring David J. Boone, Attorney, this seminar will teach retirees and those approaching retirement how to protect their assets, avoid probate expenses and distribute their estate to their heirs.

NPL will also offer “Job Search Workshop: Networking for Job Seekers” on Wednesday, September 18 from 3-5 p.m. This program will help attendees build a network of connections through face-to-face interactions, telephone conversations and online interactions.

“Estate Planning in Uncertain Times,” featuring Timothy Ritchey, Attorney at Peter Bloom, LLC, will be held on Thursday, September 19 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. This program will focus on how make the most of an estate plan in a down economy.
