Standardized tests (Grade 3 & Above)

The Library can help you prepare your child to take standardized tests.
In the Parent/Teacher collection you will find the ISAT Coach books, as well as information about learning strategies and school issues.

Use these free resources at the Library or from home or work with your Naperville Library Card.
Learning Express Library: Fourth and 5th grade students can practice their reading, math, and writing skills. Select the tab labelled "Elementary School" and find the tests that you want.

For more information regarding the standardized tests taken by  Naperville students, contact your child's teacher or your local school district (School District 203 and School District 204).

The Illinois State Board of Education
This site provides information on which standardized tests are given to Illinois students and provides the current year’s testing dates. ISAT Sample Books are available for students in grades 3-8.

The Illinois State Board of Education also provides information regarding the Illinois State Learning Standards.

Check this site out to find test taking strategies, links to ISAT practice questions and educational games.

CST Released Test Questions
This site contains questions released from the 2003-2008 California Standards Tests. There are English, Math and Science questions at a variety of grade levels from grade 2 through high school.
