Get Help Filing Your 2014 Taxes

Volunteer Tax Assistance at Nichols Library:

THE NOTRE DAME CLUB OF GREATER DUPAGE will provide free tax preparation help for low-income households and workers earning less than $53,000 a year.
Individuals must bring:
  • Proof of identification.
  • Social Security card(s) for all members of the household.
  • Wage and Earning Statement(s) (W-2), interest and dividend statements (1099), property tax bill (if applicable) and a copy of their 2013 federal income tax return.
  • Proof of health care coverage: Form 1095 or Affordable Health Care statement.
Appointments are not accepted.  Clients will be assisted on a first-come, first-served basis. Numbers will be given out at Nichols Library UPPER LEVEL ENTRANCE ONLY. For more information call Mike Domagola at (630)717-0439.

Volunteer Tax Assistance at Loaves and Fishes:

Loaves and Fishes will have volunteers from the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.  Volunteers will be available by appointment on Wednesdays (4:00-8:00pm), Saturdays (8:00am-12:00pm) and Sundays (11:00am-3:00pm) at 1871 High Grove Lane, Naperville, IL 60540.  For more information and to make an appointment, call (630)355-3663.

 

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide Program at the Riverwalk Community Center:

Volunteer tax preparers in the AARP Tax-Aide Program will provide free tax filing assistance to middle and low income people, especially seniors, by appointment only at the Alfred Rubin Riverwalk Community Center, 395 W. Jackson Ave. from February 4 through April 8. Those interested in scheduling an appointment for tax assistance may call the Naperville Park District at 630-848-3613.
Membership in AARP is not required.  Please bring a photo ID and last year's tax return. Check the website for more information, including a list of documents to bring.
