These groups are designed to give English-as-a-Second-Language students a chance to practice their skills in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Jack Curley, SCORE Mentor and Kent Palmer, Business Librarian, will review the basic approach to writing a business plan from Fox Valley SCORE, a nonprofit dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses succeed. Participants will learn how to use library resources to develop the content of their business plan. While intended for start-up business owners, this workshop will guide any small business owner or manager, new or experienced,in the process of creating a business plan.
